Thelma E. Mauk, 91, of Hagerstown, passed away Wednesday, January 22, at Williamsport Retirement Village, Williamsport, MD.
Born in Hagerstown, on May 22, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Samuel and Elsie Bellwood (Stewart) Middlekauff.
Thelma is survived by 4 children, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Ray Barger officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Family and friends will be received one hour prior at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Thelma's name to a charity of one's choice.
