Velma Ann Feigley, 85, of Hagerstown, passed away at Meritus Medical Center on Saturday, December 12, 2020.
Born on January 7, 1935 in Martinsburg, WV, Velma was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Starliper) Davis. She is also predeceased by her two brothers, Earl Reese Davis and Robert Neal Davis.
Velma was an active member of Downsville Christian Church. She enjoyed bowling, softball, and crochet in her youth.
Velma is survived by one daughter, Barbara Lee Smith; and three sons, Robert James Feigley, Thomas Earl Feigley, and Donald Wayne Feigley. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Downsville Christian Church at 8641 Downsville Pike, Williamsport, MD 21795.
Rest Haven Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
