Audrey Jean Alexander

Audrey Jean Alexander, 83, wife, and mother passed away peacefully at her Home in Pennsylvania February 1, 2024, with her family by her side. Audrey journey began on May 9, 1940, she was born to the late James and Dora Masciarelli.

Audrey is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Paul Alexander Sr. Paul shared a lifetime of love, laughter, companionship, and many baseball games. Two sons - Paul Alexander Jr., and wife Kathy, and Pete Alexander, and wife Stacy, one grandson, Paul (Joseph) Alexander III, and fiancé Mckenna Craff, sister-in-law’s Betty Beaty, Barb Masciarelli, and nieces, and nephews, and countless friends. 

Throughout her life, Audrey exemplified unwavering dedication and love for her faith. As a faithful member of St. Mary's Catholic Church for over 50 years, Audrey found solace and strength in her religious community. Her commitment to her spiritual beliefs was an integral part of her character.

 Audrey treasured moments spent with all her family. She often would mention how blessed she felt with Stacy and Kathy who she considered to be her own daughters. Her unconditional love knew no bounds, but it was through her grandson that Audrey truly discovered the depths of a grandparents’ love. Her devotion to him was immeasurable and will forever be cherished.

In addition to her parents, Audrey is preceded in death by brother Jim Masciarelli. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at, St. Mary's Catholic Church 224 W Washington St, Hagerstown, MD 21740 followed by interment at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, MD.

 The family will receive friends from 5-7 Wednesday February 7, 2024, at Rest Haven Funeral Home.
