Bryan Keith Jacobs, 58, of Clear Spring, MD passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.
Born December 27, 1963, in Hagerstown, MD he was the son of Shirley Ann Everly and the late Frank Lee Jacobs. In addition to his father, Bryan was preceded in death by his stepfather, Harold "Butch" Everly; father-in-law, Ronald Eugene Dawson, Sr.; mother-in-law, Gladys Irene Dawson; grandmother, Helen Robinson, and sister, Joy Lee Ann Jacobs.
He was a graduate of North Hagerstown High School class of 1981.
Bryan was an owner and operator of Ceiling Mechanics up until the business' closing, and for the past 20 years he worked for Corman Construction as a Foreman.
In his spare time Bryan enjoyed cooking, cars, traveling, and most of all, spending time with his beloved family.
In addition to his mother, Bryan is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Tammy Sue (Dawson) Jacobs; children, Bryan Zebulon Jacobs (Missie Grove) and Taylor Elyse Reed (Daniel Reed); grandchildren, Zoie Lynn Jacobs and Maxton Brees Jacobs; siblings, Belinda Jacobs, Teresa Everly, David Everly, Sr., Dustin Everly, Terry Everly, Cathy Jackson, and Steven Jacobs; many brother and sister in laws; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023, at 2:30 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Gary Dawson officiating. Inurnment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior.
The family would like to thank University of Maryland transplant team, UMMC Hospital doctors and nurses, Spirit Lutheran Home Services, and Continuum Health.
