Charles L. Benner, Jr.

Charles L. Benner, Jr. of Greencastle, PA passed away on Wednesday, March 06, 2024 in his home. 

Charles was born on May 13, 1961 in Hagerstown, MD.

He was the son of the late Charles L. Benner, Sr. and the late Beverly M. Shoe-maker-Miller. 

Charles was previously employed at Ventura Foods, Chambersburg, PA for 14 years after going out on medical disability. Charles did have some medical conditions.  He also had worked with Carnival Amusement Park Rides in the past.

He did serve in the United States Army.

Charles is survived by two sisters Tina M. Hummer of Waynesboro, PA and Lisa A. Langley of Greencastle, PA, and a step-sister Melissa S. Miller of Ireland. 

Charles is also survived by one niece Kristie N. Keckler of Chambersburg, PA, 

4-nephews Shawn A. Briggs of Greencastle, PA, Travis L. Briggs of Fort Loudon, PA, 

Owen O’Neil of Colorado, and Shane O’Neil of Ireland  

He was preceded in death by his father Charles L. Benner, Sr and his mother Beverly M. Miller, step-father Warren E. Miller, a step brother Richard E. Miller and a son Shane Benner.
