Christine Guy was the first child of her late parents Chief Evangelist Royal and St. Mittie Guy. She was born on Thursday, May 16, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland. She joined and was baptized into the Church of God and Saints of Christ in May 1959 in Baltimore Maryland. 

Raised up in the East side of Baltimore City. She was elevated from Patrick Henry Elementary in 1958 to Lumbar Junior High School and graduated in 1961 to Dunbar Senior High School and then graduated in 1964. She became a Professional Typist and was also trained in the craft of culinary while attending Eastern High School. She later moved to Philadelphia Pennsylvania and furthered her education in the art and science of beauty care, Cosmetology, from Wilford Academy. Due to some health issues she was placed in the Care Pavillion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia PA in 2020 until her demise. 

Preceded in Death: Chief Evangelist Royal and St. Mittie Guy and nephew St. Samuel I. Guy. 

Remembered By: 

She is survived by her three brothers, St. Lee Royal Guy, Elder Abel Joseph Guy and Evangelist Mark Anthony Guy. Sisters-in-law: M.S. St. Cecilia Guy and S.E. St. Charlene Guy, SC, USSD 

Nieces: TreDonna Guy, S.E. St. Tesha L. Bush, A.S.R. St. Monica A. (Guy) Byfield and S.S.S. St. Tamar C. Guy 

Nephews: LeeRoyal Guy, Jr, Jamal Royal Guy, Mark A. Guy II, and Timothy L. Guy Great nieces and nephews: S.B. St. Torrie Paul II, St. Michaiah Guy, A.S.L. St. Eva Byfield, Mark A. Guy III, Eliannah Guy, Noah R. Guy, and Timothy L. Guy Jr. 

Along with a host of relatives of the family and friends who loved her dearly.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Home and can be watched live using this link: https://evt.live/christine-guy
