Cindy Darlene Sines

Cindy Darlene (Smith) Sines, 59, of Hagerstown, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Meritus Medical Center, in Hagerstown.

Born July 22, 1958, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. Smith, Sr. and Mary J. (Shoemaker) Smith.

Cindy worked in the housekeeping dept. for the Hagerstown Super 8 and Holiday for about 15 years.

She was a member of the Williamsport Moose Family Center Lodge #2462.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 29 years, Robert K. Sines, Sr.; a son, Robert J. Robinson; a daughter, Tonya Robinson; a sister, Janet L. Shepherd and husband Chuck; a stepson, Joseph Sines; a step-daughter, Lynn Sines; two brothers, Robert L. Smith, Jr. and wife Catherine, Ernest E. Smith and wife Cindy; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by an infant sister, Carol Smith; and a stepson, Robert K. Sines, Jr.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00pm on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. The family will receive friends from 2-4pm at the funeral home.

There will be no burial following the service. Inurnment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
