Diana Lynn Billmyer

Diana Lynn Billmyer, 68, of Hagerstown, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Meritus Medical Center.
Born on April 29, 1952 in Hagerstown, Diana was the daughter of Helen (Breeden) Smith and the late Grover Cleveland Smith. In addition to her father, she is predeceased by her nephews, Gary Magaha and Dennis Nichols.
Diana was a follower of Jesus who raised her four children single-handedly. She retired from Fuji Color as an Assembly worker. She loved people and giving hugs, and was affectionately known as everyone's second mom. She also enjoyed flea markets and everything related to Christmas.
Diana is survived by her four children; son, James Edward Ruth, III and wife, Misty Taylor of Berkeley Springs, WV; and her daughers, Tracey Lynn Ordona of Hagerstown, Jordan Nicole Ruth of Martinsburg, WV, and Melissa Renae Ruse of Hagerstown; as well her mother, Helen Smith of Hagerstown. She is also survived by her Sisters, Deborah Nichols, Sandra Davies, and Vicky Dorsey, all of Hagerstown. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
A Memorial Service will be held at Rest Haven Funeral Home on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 11:00 AM with Evangelist Pastor Walt Whorton officiating. A Receiving of Friends will take place one hour prior at 10:00 AM.
