Donald Lee Moore

Donald Lee Moore, 84, of Hagerstown, passed away Thursday, April 30th, 2020 surrounded by his family and friends.
Born on March 7, 1936, he was the son of the late Thomas H. Moore, Sr. and Lorraine Davis Moore. Donald is preceded in death by his brothers Tom Moore and Bob Moore, his son Mike Moore and daughter in law Karen, and loving wife, Betty Hurd Moore.
Donald was employed by Advertising Incorporated, WD Moss & Son and the Pangborn Corporation. Donald was a Life Member of the Goodwill Athletic Association, member of the Fraternal Order of Police of Washington County, and Former member of Washington County Street Rod Association.
Don enjoyed sitting on his back porch and socializing with his friends, neighbors and family.
He is survived by his daughter; Kay Kennedy and husband Rick, son: Tim Moore and wife Mickey, sisters; Sherry Penner of Hagerstown and Catherine Harbaugh of Chambersburg, PA, and 5 Grandchildren.
A private graveside will be held at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.
The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Shahab Siddiqui, Meadow Dialysis staff, and Hospice of Washington County.
