Gary E. Rudisill

Gary E. Rudisill, 61, completed his transition to his eternal home peacefully on June 27, 2024, at his home, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. Born in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Howard Rudisill and Shirley Morgan. In addition to his parents, Gary also was preceded in death by his sister, Tina Smith. Gary is survived by his teenaged sweetheart and wife of 40 years, Dianne Rudisill; daughters Deanna Rudisill and Kristina Snyder (Vonn); sons Gary Rudisill, Jr. (Jen), and Jason Rudisill (Christine); and grandchildren Courtney, Zachary, Taylor, Chasity, Ethan, Aaron, Dezaray, and Joseph; his brother, Troy Morgan, and cousins, aunts and uncles. Gary worked as a roofer for 25 years and, most recently, at Electromet Corporation in Hagerstown, MD. Gary was known for his handyman skills, which led to many home projects for him and his wife. He was passionate about travel and enjoyed cruising with his wife and friends. Through his passion for car shows and drag racing events, Gary built a community of family and friends who shared his enthusiasm. For Gary, his hobby wasn’t just about cars but about the connections he made along the way. Gary attended Airborne Church in Martinsburg, WV, where he found spiritual comfort and community.
