Harold Ellis Crowe
Born June 5, 1932 in Batavia, Iowa he was the son of the late, Albert Wesley and Avis Wilma (Pickeral) Crowe. In addition to his parents he also was preceded in death by two brothers, Morris and Arnold Crowe and one sister, Marylan Crowe.
Mr. Crowe retired as an over the road truck driver for over 40 years.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and he also was a member of Griffin Lodge No. 413, free and accepted Masons of Georgia.
Mr. Crowe is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Shirley A. (Tracy) Crowe; a daughter, Cheryl Watts and husband, Roy; three sisters, Alberta Moody, Joan Smith and Marlene Worral; one grandson, Melvin E. Miller III and wife, Bobbie Jo and three great grandchildren, Gabe, Dyvon and Logen.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 200 Douglas Ave., Hancock with Bishop Larry Hartman officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 12 noon at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.
