Howard Clark

Howard Clark, of Frederick Maryland, passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, May 4^th, 2024. Howard was a very social person who made friends easily and was loved by many. Howard was born to Samuel Clark and Ms. Kauffman on June 19, 1946. 

Howard resided with his friends at the Human Development Council of Frederick Co. since 1989. Howard called home Rosewood in Baltimore MD from 1952-1974 and at Victor Cullen Center in Sabillasville from 1974-1986 then he moved into a community home with Wahroonga of Frederick from 1986-1989.

Howard attended Human Development Council Day Program in Frederick, Maryland for many years before deciding to retire. In recent months Howard lost his best friend Melvin Franklin of many years. Howard leaves behind his loving long-term caregivers, nurses, administrators, and close friends at HDC. He also leaves behind his close friend Ronda Ryan who assisted Howard in supporting him.
