Janice Lucille (Minnick) Knode, of Hagerstown, went to meet her Heavenly Father on Monday November 29, 2021 at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey Pa.
Born July 4th, 1935 daughter of James and Louise Minnick. She was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband, Algernon (Gene) Knode, sisters Thelma Winters and Betty Griffith.
She is survived by a daughter DeeAnna Lyon, Gates NC, Sons Roger (RG) Hurd, Greencastle Pa, Daniel Hurd, Ringgold Md, and Victor Hurd, Falling Waters WVa, Sisters Beverly Burger, Williamsport Md, Louise Hambleton, Sharpsburg, Md, brother James (Buddy) Minnick, Hagerstown, (15) grandchildren, (36) great grandchildren and (6) great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be sorely missed by all.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 5-7 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.
Graveside services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
