Jeffery Lynn McDonough

Jeffery Lynn McDonough, 69, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed away on March 21, 2024, at Meritus Medical Center.

Born January 26, 1955, in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of the late Eugene and Phyllis McDonough.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Karl (Doug) McDonough and Keith McDonough.

Jeffery loved his family, helping others, and his ministry of God’s work. He was a welder by trade. He enjoyed a myriad of hobbies including preaching, woodworking, photography, and welding. He was a member of Hagerstown Church.

He is survived by his sons, Anthony McDonough and wife Mandi of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania; and Andrew McDonough and wife, Heather of Newburg, Pennsylvania. Grandchildren, Jayden and Alexis McDonough, and Emmett Howell. Brother, Steve McDonough of Hagerstown, Maryland. Sister, Debbie McDonough of Hagerstown, Maryland. Sister-in-law, Ruby McDonough of Hagerstown, Maryland. Nieces, Angela McDonough and Destiny McDonough. Nephew, Dustin McDonough.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown, Maryland 21742.
