Judy J. De Angelis, 79, of Falling Waters, WV passed away Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Hospice of the Panhandle in Kearneysville, WV.
She was born on November 21, 1940 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Walter and Bernice Krause.
She was a 1958 graduate of Custer High School in Milwaukee. She graduated from Columbia School of Nursing in Milwaukee in 1961. Judy was an RN at Columbia Hospital in Milwaukee for several years and completed her B.A. Degree in Nursing from Joliet College in 1965.
Her nursing career included work as a Registered Nurse in Newport, RI, Oconomowoc, WI, Appleton, WI, and Yorba Linda, CA. She was an RN at Fullerton College in Fullerton, CA for several years. She retired from Nursing in 1996 in Brea, CA.
Judy is survived by her husband, Tony, whom she married on June 9, 1962; son Mark, and his wife Jeannine of Hagerstown, MD; daughter Jennifer of Watertown, WI, and grandchildren Nicole and Dominic De Angelis, and sister Joanne of Yorba Linda, CA. Judy was preceded in death by daughter Lisa of Milwaukee, WI.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 225 S. Queen St., Martinsburg, WV 25401, on June 5, 2020 at 10:00 AM with Reverend Father Thomas Gallagher officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.
