Keely Louise Smith

Keely Louise Smith, 66, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away at Meritus Medical Center on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

Born September 13, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Ms. Shirley Smith.

Keely was part of Washington County Human Development Council family for 37 years. She was very loved and admired for her carefree fashionista bubbly personality.

She is survived by two sisters, Ms. Christie Blackstock and Ms. Lori Davis.

Arrangements will be held at Rest Haven in Hagerstown.
