Kenneth Myers

Kenneth Myers 83, of Hagerstown, passed away, Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at his home. Born January 1, 1941, in Idamay, West Virginia. He was the son of the late Samuel and Edna (Helm) Myers.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Sandy Myers, and eight siblings.

Mr. Myers was a graduate of Fairmont High School, class of 1958. He retired from Mack Truck in 2001 after 38 years. He was a member of UAW local 171, the Funkstown American Legion Post 211 as well as a member of Haven Lutheran Church. He was an avid woodworker, carpenter, and an enthusiast of antique Cars.

He will be missed by his two children, Fonda Flohr (David), and Keith Myers (Mary); grandchildren, Chaunte Humphrey (Jon), Derick Flohr (Dianne), Ashley Martinez (Fernando); three great grandchildren; and two older Brothers.

A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue., Hagerstown, MD 21742. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery. The Pastor Beverly Lange Donnella will officiate.

Family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the funeral home.
