Leon Leopoldo Llerena

Nuestro Padre Leon Leopoldo Llerena Arriola nació el 12 de junio de 1949 en Chunchi, Ecuador. Fue ingeniero mecánico y veterano del cuerpo de la Infantería Marina del Ecuador. Emprendedor y muy trabajador.
Contrajo nupcias  a la edad de 21 años con Gloria A. Quezada Aguiño. 
Como excelente mecánico amaba arreglar cualquier tipo de maquinaria en especial carros de hecho cabe destacar que en sus últimos días en aquella sala de hospital sabía plenamente cómo operar todas las máquinas que lo rodeaban. Su  pasión fue bucear y su debilidad absoluta fue  el fútbol, convirtiéndose así en el dueño de su propio equipo de fútbol llamado “Continental”. Esposo amoroso, Padre ejemplar convirtiéndose en el mejor Abuelo consentidor que cualquier ser humano desearía tener.
Que procreó 6 Hijos, 14 Nietos y 3 Bisnietos.
Dejó este mundo rodeado de su familia, el Jueves, 15 de Diciembre del 2022, a la edad de 73 años después de una lucha valiente contra el cáncer. 
Por todas las muestras de cariño, mediante llamadas y mensajes, su abnegada y amada esposa Gloria, sus hijos Wendy y Carlos Yesenia y Eddie, Christian y Diosa, Jonathan y Jenny, Leo y Hazel, Lorena y Edison; sus nietos y bisnietos. les expresamos nuestra gratitud.

He was born on June 12, 1949, in Chunchi, Ecuador. He was a mechanical engineer and a veteran of the body of the Ecuadorian Marine Corps. Entrepreneur and hardworking.

He married at the age of 21 with Gloria A. Quezada Aguiño.

As an excellent mechanic, he loved to fix any type of machinery, especially cars. In fact, it should be noted that in his last days at the hospital ward he knew fully how to operate all the machines that surrounded him. His passion was diving and his absolute weakness was soccer, thus becoming the owner of his own soccer team called "Continental". Loving husband, exemplary father, and becoming the best consenting grandfather that any human being would like to have.

Who procreated 6 Children, 14 Grandchildren, and 3 Great-grandchildren.

He left this world surrounded by his family, on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at the age of 73, after a courageous fight against cancer.

For all the expressions of affection, through calls and messages, his self-sacrificing and beloved wife Gloria, his children Wendy and Carlos Yesenia and Eddie, Christian and Diosa, Jonathan and Jenny, Leo and Hazel, Lorena and Edison; their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
