Matthew William Turnbull

Matthew W. Turnbull, 36, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away, Thursday, August 25, 2022, at home.

Born January 3, 1986, in Hagerstown he was the son of loving parents, David W. and Linda A. (McGill) Turnbull.

In addition to his parents Matthew was also survived by, his sister, Heather Zimmerman (Adam); special niece, Alyssa (Megan) Cyrus; uncles, Sam (Pat) Turnbull and Gary (Nancy) McGill; aunts, Cherrie (Randy) Banks and Linda Tansill.

Matthew was preceded in death by his grandparents and his aunt Judy who loved him dearly.

He was a bright light in his parents’ life. Although he had many health issues, he brought much love and joy to their lives.

Services will be held privately with his family.

Rest Haven Funeral Home, Hagerstown is assisting the family with the arrangements.
