Michael Lynn Morris

Michael Lynn Morris, 49, of Hanover, PA, passed away in his home on Thursday, January 26, 2023.

Born on August 14, 1973, he was the son of the late Evelyn S. Detwiler.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and bowling. He loved listening to country music and watching football, his favorite team was the Cowboys.

Michael is survived by daughter, Autumn Morris, and son, Ryan Morris, of Hancock, MD. His partner, Lisa Orndorff, his sisters, Betty Sutton, Candy Rever, and Christina Dobson, his brothers, Tommy Stine and Curtis Dobson. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his aunt, Anna M. Mills, and Rosanna Brewer, as well as several others.

At the request of his family, Michael’s body has been donated to Science Care for the purpose of medical research. The Celebration of Life will be March 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., held at Mt. Calvary Church of God in Clear Spring, MD.
