Mildred Catherine Park, 95, of Greencastle, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Menno Haven, Chambersburg, PA.
Born on June 9, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anna Elizabeth (Taylor) and Frederick Minnick.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Naomi Park.
Mildred was a hard worker, having worked as a cashier at A & P for 25 years and 18 years at Sheetz until retiring at the age of 84.
Mildred enjoyed camping, playing Bingo and having lunch with her Sheetz girls.
She is survived by her daughter; Alice Seylar and husband Ken of Greencastle; Granddaughter, Jennifer Showe-Chirdon (Andrew); Great Grandson, Riley Showe; and many friends including Sherry, Pat, Etta, Nan and Betty.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 11 AM at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor James Gross officiating.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, April 20 from 6-8 PM at Rest Haven Funeral Home, Hagerstown.
