Nancy Sue Stevens

Nancy Sue Stevens, 76, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at Creekside Nursing Home. 
Nancy was born in Charlton, Maryland on Monday, October 28, 1946 of the late George Dewey Grove and Loretta Catherine (Eversole) Grove.
She graduated from Clear Spring High School and later worked as a secretary. She was also a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Hagerstown. 
Nancy is survived by her husband of 57 years, Theodore Wilson Stevens III, of Hagerstown; her sister Shirley Lewis, of Cavetown MD; her children Lori L. Stevens of Hagerstown; Yvette R Hofer and her husband, Doug, of Hagerstown; and Fallon L. Miller and her husband, Taylor, of Waynesboro, PA; as well as her grandson Rylee Miller. She was preceded in death by her sister Dorothy Shupp, and her brothers William, Johnny, Paul, Donnie, Gale, and Hillard Grove.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 27 at 1:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home in Hagerstown, Maryland, with Pastor Kibread Gudeta officiating.
Interment will take place at St Paul's Cemetery in Clear Spring, Maryland. 
Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
