Nataline "Natalie" Dattilio

Nataline "Natalie" Dattilio passed away from this life Thursday, October 28, 2021, at Doey's House, surrounded by her loving sons.
 
Born on August 7, 1941, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Splendora Flavia and the Granddaughter of Giuesppie and Marianna Pennesi from Naples, Italy.
 
Natalie attended St. Mary, St. Maria Goretti Schools and Columbia Business College. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and served as a eucharist minister for the Elder, she was also a member of the Social Justice, the Bible study group, The Craft and Flower group.
 
Natalie and her husband, Tony, owned and operated Flowers by Natalie located at the South End Shopping Center.  They also operated a booth at the Hagerstown Farmers Market where they sold flowers. They were Market Masters for the City of Hagerstown and were instrumental in revitalizing the Farmers Market in the 1980's.
 
A member of the American Floral Society, she had a great passion for life, flowers, the arts, and helping people. That passion was passed on to her by her family and friends. She deeply loved her children, grandchildren, God, and America.
 
She was a member of the Knights of Columbus Lady Auxiliary, the Halfway Garden Club, the Catholic Golden Age, the Catholic War Veterans Auxiliary, the Sons and Daughters of Italy, and the Dan DiMucci Lodge 2465.
 
Natalie was preceded in death by her Beloved Husband, Tony S. Dattilio.
 
She is survived by her loving and devoted sons, Anthony "Tony" J. Dattilio and wife Karen of Hagerstown, Robert "Bob" Dattilio and wife Lisa of Lexington, KY, and Mario Dattilio and wife Beth of Greencastle, PA; Loving Grandchildren; Marie, Anthony, Danielle, Zachary, Mark, Matthew and Nicholas.
 
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 10AM at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Fr. Angel Marrero officiating.  Family and Friends are welcome to the service. There will be no viewing.
 
Memorial donations may be made to Brain Injury Association of Maryland, Inc., 2200 Kernan Dr., Baltimore, MD 21286 in Memory of Tony S. Dattilio.
