Annissa Jane "Nissa" Cline, 50, of Greencastle, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at her home, while surrounded by her loving family. She fought a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born August 9, 1968, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late John R. and Susan E. (Conley) Wagner.
Nissa was a 1986 graduate of South Hagerstown High School.
She worked for many years as a security officer with the TSA at the Hagerstown Airport.
She was a member of the Funkstown American Legion Post 211 Ladies Auxiliary. Nissa enjoyed reading and she especially loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Jeffrey Scott Cline; two daughters, Olivia D. Cline and Hannah S. Cline; a brother, Randy Wagner and wife Teresa; two sisters, Johnna Jackson and husband Gary, Tammy Twigg and husband Mark; two step brothers, Ronnie Phillips and James Oliver and Jeff Phillips and wife Cindy; three step sisters, Julie Bussard, Karen Brown and husband Mike, and Linda Hall; her mother-in-law, Betty Cline; three sisters-in-law, Teresa Gable and husband Gary, Kimberly Cordell and husband Mike, Patricia Mills and husband Jr.; two brothers-in-law, Douglas Cline and wife Betty, and Tracy Cline; a grandson, Matthew West; and her six faithful pets.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her step father, Ron Phillips.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. The family will receive friends one hour prior to and again following the service at the funeral home.
