Roland Jerry Penner

Roland Jerry Penner, 84, Martinsburg, WV passed away Thursday July 11, 2024 at his home. Born May 9, 1940 at Pacific Grove, CA he was the son of Victor Ray Penner and Mary Palazolo Penner Askew. He was a retired electronics engineer. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mary Ellen Penner, his sons R. Stephen and David C. Penner, daughter-in-law Lindsay, sister Jodi Tuell, brother Douglas Penner, and three nieces. He was a member of the Williamsport Seventh-Day Adventist Church.Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 18, at 2 P.M. at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown, Maryland with Pastor Reinhardt Stander officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Rest Haven Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Williamsport Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 16421 Lappans Road, Williamsport, Maryland 21795.
