Shirley C. Faith, 84, of Hagerstown, passed away, Friday, January 17, 2020, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born May 7, 1935 in Sir John's Run, W.Va. she was the daughter of the late, Harry Clifford and Jessee Mae (Stotler) Culp. In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by four siblings, Harry Leon Culp, Wilda Eschbach, Virginia DeLauder and Fonda Sue Gregory.
Mrs. Faith retired from the Washington County Public Schools where she had worked as a Instructional Assistant.
She was a member of the Morris Frock Post 42 American Legion, Ladies Auxiliary. She was an avid Baltimore Orioles, University of Maryland Basketball and tennis fan. She loved to cook and bake, going to antique auctions and enjoyed traveling and spending time in Ocean City with her family.
Mrs. Faith is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Donald Lee Faith; three daughters, Donna Faith and her husband, Paul Geiger of Hagerstown, Dr. Jane Kapustin of Pasadena, Md. and Laura Rauch and her husband, Robert of Hagerstown; three grandchildren, Jessica Smith and her husband, Curtis of Fallston, Md., Ali Kapustin and Nick Kapustin, both of Baltimore, Md.
Friends will be received on Monday, January 20, 2020 from 6-8 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.
Graveside services will be private and held at the convenience of the family in Rest Haven Cemetery.
