Thomas Marvin "Tucker" Shaw, Jr.

Thomas Marvin "Tucker" Shaw, Jr., 49, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away, Sunday, February 12, 2023, at Doey's House, Hagerstown.

Born January 15, 1974, on Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Va. he was the son of the late, Lacey B. and Evelyn S. (Sayers) Blevins. In addition to his parents, he also was preceded in death by two siblings, Melissa Kipphorn and Richard "Roo" Shaw.

Tucker received a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado Technical University in 2018 and was employed as a Software Engineering Associate Manager for Wells Fargo, Frederick, Md.

He was a member of St. Paul's Trinity Lutheran Church Funkstown, Md. and also a member of the National Rifle Association.

Tucker is survived by his wife of 22 years, Amanda L. (Daywalt) Shaw; two children, Timothy R. and Brandon T. Shaw.

A memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until the time of the service at 6:30.
