Wanda Justice Pifer

Wanda Justice Pifer, 86, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away at home on Sunday, March 30, 2024. Born on Saturday, August 28, 1937, in Welch, WV, she was the daughter of Willie Wanda Laws and Walter Harlon Justice.

Wanda had a career with the National Institute of Health (NIH).

She is survived by her daughter, Wanda (Kevin), and grandson, Richard (Colleen).

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior.
