William L. (Bill) Myers

William L. (Bill) Myers, 53 of Hagerstown, MD passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Meritus Medical Center

He was born on October 8,1968 in Hagerstown, MD. He was the son of Ida (Pat) Wilson Myers

He was a 1986 graduate of North Hagerstown High School.
He was medically retired from Mack Truck/Volvo. He previously worked many years at Phoenix Color Corporation. He had various other employers throughout his life as well as his first job was as the neighborhood paper boy.

He was a member of the Greencastle American Legion Post 373, Williamsport Moose Lodge #2462 ,Owls Club. Inc Waynesboro, PA, Goodwill Athletic Club Hagerstown MD and a member of local UAW 171.

He made friends in all walks of his life and he loved to talk your ears off. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and his new feline friend Penny. His favorite past time was fishing anywhere he could.

He is survived by his mother, Ida (Pat) Myers of Hagerstown, MD, sister Krista Ann Myers of Hagerstown, MD, son William(Brandon) Myers of Hagerstown, MD, daughter Erica Danielle Myers of Sharpsburg, MD, granddaughter Jurnee Brielle Collins of Sharpsburg, MD, grandson Brentlee Jordan Hamby of Sharpsburg, MD, niece Gabrielle Elizabeth Conrad of Jacksonville, FL and half-brother Larry Lee Myers, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD

He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents William(Pat) Wilson and Vada Mowen Wilson

Services will be Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 11 AM at Rest Haven Chapel, Hagerstown, MD with Chaplain Michael Spielman officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown MD The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening March 9, 2022 from 6-8-pm.
