Zelma Lushbaugh passed away on June 18, 2025, at Creekside Center. Born April 11, 1930, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Daisy (Jacobs) Miller.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison “Tiny” Lushbaugh, with whom she shared a loving and devoted marriage for 60 years. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her sons, James L. Henson, Terry L. Henson, and Dennise W. Henson.
She is survived by her daughter, Patty Powley (William), stepson, Gerald Lushbaugh (Alice); and stepdaughter, Vickie Higgins. She is also survived by many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A lifelong resident of Hagerstown, she was employed at Sears as a Service Manager for 35 years before retiring.
She was an accomplished artist, patron, and member of the Valley Arts Association. She had a deep love for flowers and gardening. Her passions also included the theater, and world travel to many countries. Additionally, she was an avid sports fan, especially enjoying golf and football.
She dearly loved her family and friends, who will miss her beautiful smile and warm hugs.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
